Always no skins for use in server after the latest QoL update.

when I enter my server I have a great chance to lose all my character's skin, whether I switch it with wardrobe or using magic sweep, they still doesn't work.

I and my lover using same network, she is ok when she login my server, but Im not.

I wonder if this just because I have so many skins but she not?

Steps to Reproduce

1-login a server with a skin-wearing character

2-repeat step 1, until the character lose all skins and login with original skin set.

I've just ping [motd.klei.com] and [items.kleientertainment.com] and [login.kleientertainment.com] with a website from china. 

And it shows both [motd.klei.com]&[items.kleientertainment.com] are not work intended. You can see it in these picture - about 160 detecting used and all of them are [Timed out] which shows as red color.

Only [login.kleientertainment.com] is ok.

I dont think this is my own problem, because this testing, and also many players from our community report this issue.
