Already placed fences facing one direction after update

Playing on dedicated server, you can see the issue on screenshots. Also doors are odd too
No server mods for buildings e.t.c., everything is vanilla (mods i using just to adjust ui a bit) 

Do i rebuild my entire base? :cry:
