Day 1. Logged on Xbox series S, all my worlds deleted, made new world played online with friends then logged off.
Day 2. Went to play on new console xbox series X. New world I just made yester with friends is gone.
Day 3. Next day come to play, on X again. game pops ups license and agreements I accept. Asked which last save storage I wanted to use. Go to play then game says recommends I play alone before playing online with people.
Console never lost power, never shut off accidentally. I switch between Xbox 360, one, s, and after Christmas Xbox x.
This problem only happened after using both s and x series.
Also since using new console no longer receiving gifts while playing if hosting a world. Will play for hours, teammates in game will open multiple gifts I will have absolutely none. Only if hosting though, if I join someone else's game I will receive gifts.
I logged onto series s and x when all these problems happened. Never occured on my Xbox 1 or 360 which I played for years. I switch between consoles frequently because of travel.
