All Data Inaccessible After Hallowed Nights Update

Similar to this player's issue here 

I was running the game on OSX, and after the Hallowed Nights update, the game application could no longer read my old worlds. They still exist in the save folder (Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/Cluster_1 etc.), but the game does not seem to read them, and writes new saves to a new location (Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/82721104/Cluster_1 etc.). Similarly, the game seems to have lost track of my old key bindings, setting preferences, and custom wardrobe outfits.
