Steps to Reproduce
1. The support service ... does not work at all (very badly, 2 letters were sent, a month waited) 2. I bought the game and can not enter online, registration is required. In the game, I click the [Account] button, the Stime Overlay opens and the message appears: Account Information E_UNKNOWN_STEAMID 3. The Internet is connected to a direct (without a router). Anti-Virus disconnected. The firewall cut off. I've been through many times. Tried through VPN (many different countries), also E_UNKNOWN_STEAMID.
