Abigail Skin Not Being Set

I wove an Abigail skin but it is not being set upon initially spawning in. I have to craft a new flower or find a clean sweeper in order to see it. Is this intended? I would think that the skin would work like the other character skins or item skins and save my preference.

Steps to Reproduce

Purchased Abigail skin. Logged into server. Still had default flower. I crafted a new flower which should have saved my preference for next time and then logged into a different server. Still had the default even though it showed that it bookmarked my new flower.

It does work the way other item skins do. Starting items are always un-skinned.

The game only "bookmarks" the skin for the next time you craft the item.
