Mobs are sitting outside of their spawners and aren't moving.
They just sit there, staring at you menacingly.
They don't really fight back when attacked either.
Steps to Reproduce
Idk go into a world and see that mobds like frogs or nightmares in the ruins just like to sit there.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
