In world generation, some of the ocean is counted as tiles for set pieces, so things like the glommer statue, grass circles and carrot setpieces in pig villages, and panflute are getting cut off from the ocean. 
Steps to Reproduce
Spawn a new world in the return of them update, look around pigvillages and such to see some normal setpieces are getting drowned or cut off

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
