When the storm was activated, the oasis did not appear in the desert in the summer. At my base, there was a solidified Moon Dial nearby, which is probably why the oasis did not appear during the storm.
Steps to Reproduce
Live until summer. Place it next to the Moon Dial Oasis. Activate a moonstorm. See the result.
