Light flower and lightbug amount

Amount of light flowers in lunar grotto seems to be not affected by "light flower" option in world generation settings. In particular, if light flowers are set to "none", they don't appear in ruins/cave biomes as they should, but are generated in lunar grotto in usual quantities; if light flowers are set to tons, their amount greatly increases in some of the cave biomes, but in lunar grotto it seems to remain default (although it is hard to say for sure, because density of object in the biome on exact same settings seems to be random). Density of light flowers in mushroom forests and ruin biomes seems to be closer to "default" even if "more" or "tons" settings were applied - is it intended?

Also there is no setting for lightbug amount: player can increase/decrease their respawn timer, but can't increase/decrease amount of lightbug spawners in lunar grotto, because amount of spawners neither correlates with amount of light flowers in the settings, nor it has independent setting in world customization screen.

Also I have a suggestion (which I feel doesn't deserve it's own thread in suggestions and feedback and is directly related to current beta): ability to customise amount of double and triple light flowers, as well as ability to increase amount of lightbugs released from one light flower.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In world generation menu for cave shard set light flowers to "none" and generate the world.

2. Go into caves and reveal map.

3. Compare amount of light flowers in lunar grotto, mushrooms forests, central muddy light flower field biome, ruins biomes.

4. Repeat 1-3 with world generation for light flowers set to "tons".
