Hounds are unable to spawn on water, but are able to spawn on actual land. During a hound wave if the player goes to sea and is out of range of land, then hounds won't spawn at all

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
