The two foods listed in the title are no longer working as intended. More often than not they are not applying the buff everytime one is consumed in many cases I find myself having to eat 3 or 4 for the effect to actually take place. This started happening very recently with one of the latest hotfix / updates.
Steps to Reproduce
During the Summer eat asparagazpacho when you begin to overheat you will notice on occasion the food buff that lowers heat does not apply correctly.
Likewise if you eat dragon fire chili during the winter the warmness buff does not always apply when you begin to freeze.
