DST Gorge Not Running

After my PC crashed while playing the Beta branch for the first time, the Gorge has not been able to run. When starting the game on steam, it opens a black screen for a few seconds before closing on its own.

DST still works, but after uninstalling/reinstalling all of the game's files the Gorge still does not.

Steps to Reproduce
PC Crashing/Don't Starve Together Beta suddenly closing, and then the Beta no longer working after that
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Can you try deleting your Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\client_save\profile file? I suspect there's some corrupted data in there.

Ahhh, your recipe book got corrupted. Can you send it over to us?

Thanks, we're working on a fix to handle corrupted files now. In the meantime you can delete your recipebook file and that should get you back in.
