complete loss of recipe progress

after filling out my recipe book earlier today i had to factory reset my computer, however i lost all the recipe's and now im back to none

Steps to Reproduce
get all recipes, factory reset
Go to bugs

Recipes unlike accomplishments are stored on YOUR computer , therefore if you factory reset your computer then the recipes disappear because you deleted them.
