Problem with portrait frames and profile icons

ok i change my portrait and profile icons but it don't see fine

Profile icon: don't matter if i change just keep that aspect, but it see in exp screen

Portrait frame: i don't are sure about what is the bug exactly but i change this and just keep another of my inventory

Steps to Reproduce
Change my portrait and profile icon
Go to bugs

Same goes for me, so I guess it's a bug. I thought it might be only for new avatars, but I tried several old as well and nothing works. Was OK the first day of Forge and then smth happened. Upd: Ok, I know what happened. I actually changed it! The old one which I had before forge was working until I did.
