Game crash after selecting character

I played several rounds successfully yesterday and then tried out the character customization with the chest drops of new skins. Now I can no longer enter a new match. After joining a server, whenever I select a character and click "Ready," I get a warning screen and I am forced to exit the game.

Steps to Reproduce
Enter Forge, Quick Match or click match from Browse Match, Select Character, Ready
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Just made a post about this as well, if you're experiencing this try resetting the character portrait background and your profile icon background to default (what you had when you were level 1), then queue again.
