Something I noticed when testing out the Zaptrocuter in PVP, is that when players are shocked, they don't play their shocked anim! I was really bummed seeing this.
Steps to Reproduce
Obtain and use a Zaptrocuter on another player with PVP enabled. Notice that while they take damage, they don't play their electric shock anim.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
