Steps to Reproduce
When you try to apply a healing item to someone while unmounted the only option is to give them the item - to put the item on their inventory. While mounted you can apply healing items to other player normaly. It is probably a bug since it should probably work the same way food items works by having the choice to either put the food on their inventory or feed them; in that sense I would imagine it would be right click with the healing salve on another player to apply the healing to them and left click to put the item on their inventory, just like it works with food. It is weird to be able to heal someone else only while you are mounted.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
