Wurt overheats in summer at full wetness

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but all weather scales causes Wurt to overheat in summer even if she maxes out her wet meter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter summer on a higher temperature day

2. Raise wetness to 100%
