In description it says "...and has a tougher hide", which I assume means that it gives more protection to weremoose.
But in my testing with and without this skill weremoose has 90% protection. Spiders deal 2 damage and not enraged dragonfly 7.5 damage, regardles if skill was active or not.
Steps to Reproduce
Just took damage in moose form without weremoose mastery and with it, damage taken was the same.
