Woodie's Insight Points Resetting to 8

Had all 15 unlocked in my main server, logged back in and the trees cleared and I had 8 points. Any world I jump into I seem to get 8, I can jump 200 days forward in a server, unlock them all, go back out and start a new server, I get just 8. 

Steps to Reproduce

- Play with all unlocked, assign all 15 points. 

- Log out and create a new server. 

- Click Y at the character selection screen to view the tree, it is always reset completely with 8 points available. 

- I also play Wormwood, no issues on him. All seem to stay unlocked once spent.

Haven't test Woodie yet, but I had similar issue with Wilson during his rework period. I solved that by deleting all files that had "skilltree" in their name in "\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\<number>\client_save" folder. But honestly I don't really know if this is a safe thing to do.
(If I remember right, this issue started after a skilltree fixed related to wonkey?)
