W.I.N.bots sleep mode doesn't wake up

W.I.N.bot will go into sleep mode after being active for a period of time, at this point they won't wake up to pick up items.

This makes them a bit annoying to use since you need to redeploy them every time you need work done instead of it being done automatically.
