When using shadow flame against a group of enemies, the flames will typically home onto a single target and attack even if the target is dead instead of retargeting, this makes shadow flame very hard to use as a bunch of the tendrils are wasted and doing no damage.
Steps to Reproduce
Spawn two or more shadow creatures (or any mob with a decent amount of health)
Use shadow flame
Notice how the 750 total damage the tendrils do is exhausted on one mob
