Willow spells don't combat Miasma

None of Willows' fire spells work to clear out Miasma, other fire producers like the torch and fire pits work, and oddly enough the Morning Star.

Do note that the Dwarf Star doesn't also work, despite them all being fire related items.

Steps to Reproduce

Use any of Willows' various fire related skills in/near Miasma, notice none seem to work.
Other fire sources, such as torches and campfires do, however.

This saddens the Willow nation immensely.
