Willow Moonwalks with Hungry Lighter

There was a change made to Lunar Fire to allow for mouse aiming, this is fine, but the change applied to using Hungry Lighter where it otherwise was unneeded, and now has instances of Willow moonwalking when walking in a different direction from the mouse pointer.

Steps to Reproduce

Try using Hungry Lighter, put your mouse in a different direction than the one you're walking towards.

You'll begin moonwalking.

It makes sense for Lunar Fire to have mouse tracking, but it just looks odd and doesn't actually change much for Hungry Lighter Walking.

I think this should stay! It conveys the twin-stick style aiming within a very basic and low-stakes aspect of Willow's kit that's impossible to miss, allowing the player to then intuitively know they can aim the lunar fire once they unlock and start using it.
