Crystal Deerclops or Deerclops exist will prevent another raid start and stop raid timed, but corpse wouldn't, so I guess it's a design oversight?
Steps to Reproduce
1.Kill a Deerclops
2.Light the Hostile Flare before it transforms into Crystal Deerclops
