As seen by the above screenshot, Abigail is not summoned but you can use her various commands. This is less of a bug and more an oversight but I feel it should be mentioned.
Steps to Reproduce
1) be Wendy
2) Have Abigail in your inventory
3) use the command wheel key
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
