Hard to describe, but for some reasons prototypers doesn't exactly update recipes when they are activated / deactivated unless players change of filters. I noticed this since I wanted to make some Fungal Turfs but had none of the craft prototyped, yet, I opened the TFT and the recipes wasn't showing until I switch from one filter from another, quitting it would still show the recipes, doesn't require prototyper (or at least just visually), and would only disappear if I change of filter once more :
Precision that this was also tested today without any mod and got the same results, this also applies to any other prototypers (Science Machine, etc...), but also crafting station such as the Ancient Stations, the station filter will hide, but the craft will remain visible if we re-open the crafting hud, less bothering but feels unintended.
Open a station (any, or leave the station), crafts supposed to be shown (or hidden) in the current filter won't appear (or disappear if previously displayed)
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
