Wanda can't be healed in Acid Rain

Because Wanda's watches can't cancel constant damage, like from fire or magma pools, Wanda will constantly take damage from Acid Rain and will be unable to heal.

Steps to Reproduce

Pick Wanda.

Wait for Acid Rain

Try to heal

Cry

Go to bugs
