Walter's honey ammo didn't take into account the new "vigorbuff" tag

This is a new tag added to Wendy's skill tree that provides protection against honey trail slowdowns.

But it wasn't added to walter's honey ammo.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. PVP enable
  2. Player 1 use Vigor Mortis with Wraith's Wreath
  3. Player 2 attack Player 1 with Walter's Honey ammo
