Voidcloth Umbrella Isn't Dealing the Right Damage

In tuning.lua we have this for the new umbrella

VOIDCLOTH_UMBRELLA_DAMAGE = wilson_attack

The voidcloth umbrella never gets this value assigned to it in voidcloth_umbrella.lua
