Vargs can't board boats

I imagine this is super low priority, but it's still very jarring.

Vargs aren't able to board boats unlike their summons, leading them to run into the wall.

Steps to Reproduce

Chase a Varg over by and onto a boat, realize it can't give chase onto the boat.
