Unlock shadow and lunar affinity skill use generic unlock skill sounds instead of their own special sounds

I noticed that they seem had a unique unlockability sound in the game files, but they were not used in the game. I wonder if it was an oversight?

They are respectively:

rifts.fsb\lunar_alignment_menu_DST.wav

wilson_rework.fsb\wilsonUI_shadowaffinity_DST_v1.wav

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock shadow or lunar affinity skill

2. Notice that they don't have unique sound
