Twin-tail heart turns unusuable after a certain amount of time

I am unsure what is causing it, but after an amount of time or trigger or sorts, the heart is just not interactible, you can't squeeze it, not even the owner of the heart can do anything with it. The only way to stop the issue is by going into a different shard and it works again.

The issue comes around is that the replication is overall difficult to replicate and that's why it's hard to report this as an issue without a proper trigger. But i'm still reporting it in-case someone has the issue as well and can throw some light on the problem. Or at least make Klei aware of it.

Steps to Reproduce

After some time the heart gets unusuable.
Trigger not found.

This is hard to find a reproduce case for it and this is a second case of seeing a report on it. First do you have any mods enabled, second was the item in your inventory the entire time and did the owner leave and rejoin or go into caves and back? Any information about the world state as it was if you remember. Third check the skill tree state if you see it again to see if the skill points are still allocated. This goes for anyone passing by too if you know of anything about a creation case it would be appreciated for any information.
