Thermbell doesn't work whilst held

Do let me know if this is a game limitation, but it seems no matter the temperature, holding a thermbell won't affect the player's body heat.

Only whilst in the inventory.

Steps to Reproduce

Hold a fully charged Thermbell in the middle of a cold environment, notice the heat only affects you if you unequip it.
