The waterproof effect of Tempering Temperatures books last permanently?

As the title said. For now this buff will only disappear when the affected player died, log out or move between surface and caves.

I don't know if this is intended ability though, and actually I will be very happy if this effect remains the way it is now :D

Steps to Reproduce

1. read the Tempering Temperatures
2. and then all affected players will become permanently waterproof.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It would definitely make the book more appealing if waterproofness was intended mechanic. Currently its using part of the code for Warly's Fish Cordon Bleu
