The scrapbook says WARBIS head gear gives 40% damage bonus but it's only 20%

As you can see the scrapbook says "The head gear improves the wearer's damage as it analyzes the target, ending at a 40% damage increase. But it only gives you 5% for each stages, ending at 20% damage increase.
I think one of the in-game appliance and scrapbook description is wrong?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use WARBIS head gear in-game.

2. It only gives max 20% damage boost, not 40% as scrapbook says.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I'm very curious too. Personally I hope it would be 40% but I think it won't due to balance problems..
