The punching bags have trouble with ranged weapons constantly targeting it

Known Issue

If you are using a range weapon (like the Alarming Clock or the new staff), your character sometimes starts to inch towards the punching bag.

Steps to Reproduce

Pick a range weapon.

Hold your force attack button.

Start to slowly inch your way to the target.
