The gym bell is not shown to players who are not working out.

The bell in the gym doesn't move at all for players who are not on the gym.

Steps to Reproduce

Have 2 players.

Have Wolfgang work out on the gym and have another player watch.

The player that is watching sees that the red bell doesn't move at all.

This is because the bell effect spawn in client side(called ACTIONS.LIFT_GYM_SUCCEED.pre_action_cb, or ACTIONS.LIFT_GYM_SUCCEED_PERFECT.pre_action_cb)
