Table top decor can only be picked up from the North facing side

Trying to pick stuff up from the table from any other side results in the player pushing against the table until they reach the aforementioned side.

You also can only draw objects that are on a table from the North facing side.

Steps to Reproduce

Put something on the table

Pick it up/draw object from a side that isn't on the North side
