The current indestructibility of the new flooring compared to Docks allows for completely locking a world out of Lunar quest progression, as altar pieces can be permanently rendered inaccessible by dropping them in the ocean near Pearl's island before placing Substrate Extrapolators over them or placing them in such a way that no boat can fit to use a Pinchin' Winch. This prevents Celestial Champion from ever being re-summoned in a world.
Steps to Reproduce
Place any celestial altar piece on a boat near Pearl's Island
Drop the altar piece into the water
Use Substrate Extrapolator to cover/landlock the submerged altar piece
