Starter Tower Sketch icon is missing many decorative elements and has excrescent pixel

This is "moon" sketch:

You can see that in addition to the sculpture itself, there are scales, arrow and other things on it as decorations. So are other Sketches

And this is the Starter Tower, which is basically empty  paper except for the statue itself, and you can clearly see the extra white pixels above and below it.
