Shadow Fire will target non-hostile shadow creatures

Non-hostile as in they aren't active yet due to the player not being insane.

This probably applies to shadow creatures summoned by the bone helm too, but I haven't tested that yet.

Steps to Reproduce

Be at low enough sanity to see shadow creatures, but not low enough to aggro them

Cast Shadow Fire
