Shadow Fire can target hidden tentacles

They don't appear to actually do any damage when the tentacle is fully hidden away.

Steps to Reproduce

Find some tentacles

Cast Shadow Fire from far enough away for the tentacle to be hidden

Observe trails going for the tentacle, but not actually damaging it
