Steps to Reproduce

Go into Lunar grotto and wait for a Mushgnome to spawn

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I'm having a similar (albiet maybe unrelated issue?) in my world with the Fruit Fly in my main and cave shard forcing a crash myself

Same issue here with my world. I fixed it temporarily with a local code block. Hope Klei releases an official hotfix ASAP.
