Servants hesitate to give items

I'm not sure why this happens but after the last patch servants some times wait a few seconds and only then give items to Maxwell. I also had a moment where servant collected saplings, but instead of giving me twigs went to chop a tree first.

Steps to Reproduce

Idk summon them a few times. 

Go to bugs

This might be related to the change to have them not give you items if you were in combat.

I think it's because I punched butterfly. It was a messy fight, I'm glad shadows didn't get involved.
