The new Scrapbook Page item is missing quite a few functionalities.
It is currently missing proper networking, and so does not actually teach anything to clients when used.
It also can only be used when dropped on the ground, it can not be learned from in inventory.
The whole stack is removed when learned.

1. Mess around with the new Scrapbook page item
