Scrapbook: Items Are Only Updated if the Player Clicks the Item To Examine It, Not if They Hit A Numpad Button To Examine

As per the title, the scrapbook will only unlock more information if the player uses their mouse button to examine said item.

It won't add the item's description to the scrapbook if the user uses the numbers on their keyboard.
