Rift being removed isn't detected after a save/load sequence.

After a save/load sequence, riftspawner doesn't detect a rift being removed because the "onremove" event is only listened for in the same game instance that it gets spawned in.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn Rift

2. Save

3. Reload game

4. Get rift to close, but game still thinks there's a rift.
