Relogging Into The Sandstorm Can Lead to A Semi-Permanent Speed Decrease

When I relogged into my Sandstorm (while wearing the Brightshade Helmet), my speed was incredibly slow.

Trying to change to a Desert Goggle didn't change my speed; only upon a server restart did it get fixed.

This seems to be occuring when wearing the Brightshade Helmet, but I'm not entirely sure.

Steps to Reproduce

I wore the Brightshade Helmet in the Oasis Sandstorm and then restarted my server.

I relogged the next day and noticed I was super slow. Again, I'm not sure if it's because I wore the Brightshade Helmet.
